Connecticut Geriatric Specialty Group (CGSG) is an outpatient physician practice. CGSG is led by Dr. Ava Pannullo who is board-certified in geriatrics and internal medicine and has more than 35-years experience treating seniors. CGSG offers consultations and cognitive assessments, helping patients understand and manage concerns about memory loss and cognitive issues. CGSG utilizes a variety of assessment tools to evaluate memory, language, and reasoning skills. The goal is to identify potential cognitive changes and work with the patient and their family to develop a personalized care plan, which may include lifestyle modifications, medications, or referrals to further specialists. The CGSG team emphasizes patient convenience and collaboration with the patients’ existing specialists and primary care provider to ensure a comprehensive and supportive approach to care. CGSG is conveniently located on 1 Abrahms Boulevard in West Hartford, Connecticut with easily accessible, free parking right outside the facility. CGSG is open from 8:00 a.m.– 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
