Hebrew Senior Care’s medical model Adult Day Center is an ideal solution if you have a loved one who you are worried about being alone every day. Hebrew Adult Day Center is a warm, inviting place for seniors to gather and engage in a variety of appropriately-stimulating activities. Clients enjoy breakfast, a hot lunch, and refreshments every day. We accommodate special diets. Meals are available to be brought home as well.
Clients enjoy daily exercise classes, discussing current events, gardening, baking, and field trips to local parks.
Hebrew Adult Day Centeroffers a variety of health services including nursing assessments, assistance with medications, nutritional counseling, and assistance with showering or bathing. Staff develop customized plans around the specific needs of each client, and review the plan on a regular basis. Day Center staff will also develop a comprehensive care plan to help members remain safely in the community. Our goal is to provide whatever services are necessary to maintain well-being and quality of life.
Hebrew Adult Day Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with extended hours available upon request. Door-to-Door transportation is provided from locations throughout the Greater Hartford area. Clients are picked up between 8:30 am and 9:30 am and are dropped off between 2:30 -3:00 pm.
